The market was terrible so he had to stick with us for months through many different offers and failures. When we successfully had an offer accepted, he guided us through the process, provided advice, handled some of the more complex tasks, and was generally available night and day to assist us through the process. Very great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
